Refunds and Shipping

All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, and cancellations. All items are inspected before shipped out.  Please double check your cart and shipping information before checking out. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Contact us if there is an issue with your order within 3 days so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping

All RTS items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All other items are considered custom products, which have a 1-3 week processing time. RTS items purchased in the same order with custom products will be shipped together once the custom products are ready. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once an order is placed. You’ll receive another email with tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see any emails from us once you’ve placed an order. Contact us at K@KayvoKreations.com if you have any questions.

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS out of California. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind shipping speed may vary due to the shipping company. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to issues that may occur during the shipping process once packages are scanned through the shipping couriers.

If orders are returned to us due to wrong address or insufficient address entered, shipping charge will occur in order to reship the package to you. 

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties the courier companies charge.
